Boston Manor is a Grade 1 Manor House located in Brentford, West London. Over the years it had fallen into an unmanageable condition and required complete restoration.

The design was produced by a consulting practice in conjunction with the heritage fund to achieve its goals which were worked on very closely to comply with the fund's strict guidelines.
The project involved the complete removal of all the existing services and the installation of all-new mechanical ventilation, heating and hot & cold water services and full building management control, whilst preserving all of the building features.

The overall project took eighteen months in total to an approximate value of £350K. The project was completed on time and within budget, much to the client's satisfaction.
